Each piece is waterproofed, so you can use it with confidence as soon as it arrives.
The waterproofing settles down little by little with daily use. Once water no longer beads on the surface, we recommend sealing it (medome), or briefly dipping the piece in water before you use it.
Oil leaves marks even with the waterproofing, but they blend in gradually over repeated use.
The more you use it, the softer the look of the clay becomes, growing into a texture all its own. Enjoy it as a piece that grows with you, little by little, in your daily life.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0727/9473/4678/files/bc0b468b-6de8-43ec-976e-e80c6ed51020_1792933048810.jpg?v=1793523092
