About this Work

The popular octagonal plate in a small size. It's the perfect size for a single main dish or a breakfast plate. Its elongated shape can even accommodate dried fish and condiments. The octagonal plate is a high-performing piece of tableware that is both visually appealing and practical. Its smart appearance makes even everyday dishes look special. Being a square plate, it doesn't create dead space on the table and is easy to store. It's less angular than a perfect square, so you don't have to worry about the corners during use, and its appearance isn't too rigid. The color is a new gray. While a contemporary hue, it's a neutral color that blends well and offers a wide range of uses. It features small scattered white crystals and iron particles. Please note that there are individual differences in the firing, with colors ranging from bluish-gray to whitish-gray. Since these are handmade, some may have slight wobbles, distortions, small holes, or unevenness, and due to the production process, the back stamp may be difficult to see on some items. Additionally, as natural ingredients are used, some may have small iron spots (black spots) from the clay, or glaze runs, pooling, and pinholes. Even when made in the same way, no two pieces of tableware are exactly alike. We hope you understand and appreciate the unique personality and character of each piece.
