Artisan Story

Born in Kyoto Prefecture. I studied pottery for four years in Tambasasayama City, Hyogo Prefecture, and now create pottery in Miyazaki Prefecture as "Ichirun Tōbō," a studio run by my husband and me.

We meticulously craft each piece, valuing comfort in hand and vessels that seamlessly integrate into daily life.

We aim to create pieces that enrich meals and drinks, cherishing impressions gained from natural landscapes and the changing seasons.

We hope our pottery becomes a comforting presence in your daily life, with your affection growing stronger the longer you use it.
