About this Work
Enya Nukaga's "Mishima 4-inch Plate, Maki" is a small plate created using the traditional Mishima technique. It features white Mishima patterns on a gray background. In some areas, there are pools of glaze, and the rough, tactile surface conveys a sense of power and wildness.
The size is suitable for daily use as a dessert plate or a serving plate, and it can be used for a variety of dishes and occasions, both Japanese and Western.
