唐津の土と天然灰を用いた釉薬にこだわり、土本来の風合いを活かして、自然発生的な表情を大切に制作しています。
「うつわの行方」とは、以前開催した個展のタイトルでした。単にうつわという括りで形づくるのでない「うつわ」という一つのかたちあるものにこだわりたかった。
作家としてのテーマとしてこの言葉を屋号にいたしました。
