| Cancel and Returns |
・Before Shipment: If your order has not been shipped yet, we accept cancellations and will issue a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. ・After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. However, you may return the item(s) instead. ・Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items meet our return conditions. The delivery date is recorded in our system, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days. ・Refund Notes: Unless the return is due to our error, the original shipping costs, customs duties, VAT, and other import expenses are non-refundable. | Differences in Handmade Items |
All of our products are individually handcrafted. Therefore, each item varies in size, shape, color, pattern, and texture. Characteristics such as: ・Kannyu (Fine, decorative crackle patterns on the glaze surface) ・Pinhole (Tiny air holes or dimples) ・Teppun (Small black spots caused by iron particles oxidizing during firing) ・Uneven glaze application These unique variations are part of the natural character and expression of handmade pottery. If you prefer perfectly uniform items, we kindly ask that you reconsider your purchase. |

| Defective and Damaged items |
If a product has an initial defect (not related to the natural individual differences mentioned above) or is damaged during transit, we will replace it with an equivalent item or issue a refund. Please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Note: Since each item is unique and handmade, an exact identical replacement may not be available. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. |
